Our AI assistant (Kai AI) processes content you provide to deliver analysis, summaries, and contextual assistance. Please note:

• AI-generated outputs are provided for informational purposes only and should not be considered professional advice.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated content.
• You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI-generated output before relying on it.

• Content processed by AI features is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. Browser Extension

By installing the Tagzzs browser extension, you acknowledge that:

• The extension requires certain browser permissions to function, such as accessing page content for saving and analysis.
• The extension is intended to access page content only when required for features you initiate or enable, such as saving a page or requesting AI analysis.
• You can uninstall the extension at any time through your browser settings.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tagzzs and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service where reasonably necessary, including for suspected misuse, security concerns, legal compliance, or breach of these Terms.
